In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls from bank partners, merchants, and cardholders—assisting with account questions, technical issues, and general support.

    What You'll Do

    • Answer inbound customer calls related to financial transactions, account issues, and product support

    • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide users through solutions

    • Communicate clearly and professionally to provide an excellent customer experience

    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care

    • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and accuracy

    • Follow scripts, systems, and compliance guidelines to ensure secure and consistent support

    What We’re Looking For

    Required:

    • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing call center or financial services role

    • Strong communication and active listening skills

    • Comfort working with computers, browsers, and basic troubleshooting

    • Quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection (hard-wired preferred)

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Ability to pass a background check

    Preferred:

    • 2+ years experience in financial tech, online banking, or payment systems

    • Previous remote work experience

    • Familiarity with CRM tools, virtual support systems, or knowledge bases
