We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Agents supporting a leading financial technology company. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls from bank partners, merchants, and cardholders—assisting with account questions, technical issues, and general support.

What You'll Do
Answer inbound customer calls related to financial transactions, account issues, and product support
Troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide users through solutions
Communicate clearly and professionally to provide an excellent customer experience
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
Follow scripts, systems, and compliance guidelines to ensure secure and consistent support
What We’re Looking For
Required:
1+ year of experience in a customer-facing call center or financial services role
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfort working with computers, browsers, and basic troubleshooting
Quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection (hard-wired preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
2+ years experience in financial tech, online banking, or payment systems
Previous remote work experience
Familiarity with CRM tools, virtual support systems, or knowledge bases
